TOPICALLY.

  1. You can apply oils "neat" using them directly out of the bottle or mix a drop of essential oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil.
  2. Massage is a great way to use essential oils topically. PanAway is an oil I like to massage into my sore muscles after a workout or a day doing yard work. To intensify the experience, apply a hot to warm compress after applying the oils.
  3. Skin health. Mixing essential oils into your daily skin regime is a wonderful way to promote healthy, beautiful skin. Frankincense is amazing for your skin, add a drop or two to your face lotion.
  4. Perfume or Cologne. I like to use Release essential oil as my daily perfume, I apply it on my wrists before I leave in the morning. Northern Lights Black Spruce is one my husband loves to use as a cologne.
  5. Bath Time. Put a drop or two of essential oil in your evening bath with some Epsom salt for a relaxing experience. My daughter loves her lavender baths!
